Refund policy

Returns:
You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Certain items such as opened cosmetics, skincare products, or tools that come into direct contact with the skin are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons unless they are defective.

Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange it. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item for assistance.
